Credit Purchase Disclaimer:

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
  • We make no guarantee of service availability after credit purchase

  • Credit pricing is subject to change for future purchases (existing credits unaffected)
  • Credits are digital goods with no monetary or cash value
  • Credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash
  • Upon account termination for Terms violations, remaining credits are forfeited without refund

7.Rate Limits & Quotas

Anonymous Users: Limited to 5 combined searches and captions per day (IP-based)

Authenticated Users: Credit-based usage with no daily limits (abuse prevention measures may apply)

General Terms

  • Rate limits and credit costs are subject to change without notice
  • Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary service restrictions
  • No guarantee of specific quota availability
  • Free tier quotas may be reduced or eliminated in the future
  • Abuse prevention limits for authenticated users may be enabled, disabled, or adjusted at our discretion

8.Account Suspension and Termination

Account Actions:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service

  • Termination for Terms violations results in forfeiture of any remaining credits (no refunds)
